After Valentine’s Day 2016
We had a successful Valentine’s Day thanks to all of our wonderful customers!
The Yellow Rose offered a Prix Fixe Menu ONLY! Our regular menu wasn’t available.
This is because with so many reservations, our restaurant is not able to get everyone their food in a timely manner so that our patrons can continue to enjoy their experience.
With a preset, prix fixe, menu there are fewer things to slow down the kitchen. Cooks don’t have to run to another part of the kitchen to get ingredients and then come back to cook them or add them to the dish. All of the basic ingredients are already cut, chopped, prepared, and at a station so that they can grab your food and get started right away. We find that this cuts 80% of the time out of soup, salad, and appetizer prep and hurries along the entree as well.
Our menu featured 3 courses including a 6 oz USDA Prime Filet, an 8 oz Lamb Striploin, Crab Stuffed Salmon or, of course, 12 oz of our signature prime rib.
